O R D E R

The petitioner was working as a Tahsildar. He was suspended and not permitted to retire by an order dated 30.05.2015; otherwise, he could have retired from service on 31.05.2015.

2. Now, the narrow prayer is made for a direction to settle his terminal benefits such as Gratuity, Leave Encashment, Salary and General Provident Fund.

3. At the time of hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the petitioner is not entitled to D.C.R.G., in the event of ultimate dismissal of the petitioner from service. The learned counsel further submitted that the other benefits, which could be given to him, even if petitioner is dismissed from service could alone be disbursed to him.

4. In view of the same, a direction is issued to the respondents to settle his G.P.F., petitioner's contribution towards Special Provident fund and Earn Leave Encashment within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
