A.No.2085 of 2020 in C.S.No.329 of 2019 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 254 days in filing the written statement in C.S.No.329 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for respondent has no objection to allow the said application.

4. Accordingly the delay is condoned and the written statement of the 5th defendant is taken on file. The first defendant would submit that the defendants 2 to 4 are adopting the written statement of the first respondent and shall file necessary memo.

5. Considering the pleadings and for filing of such memo, the matter is directed to be listed for framing issues on 08.10.2020.

6. The learned counsel for the first defendant shall file the necessary memo by then.
