ORDER

The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 420 I.P.C. in Cr.No.Unknown of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner in C.No.K2/7112/2020 dated 01.07.2020.

3.The respondent police is directed to issue notice to the petitioner under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. and the Investigation Officer is directed to conduct the enquiry by strictly following the procedure under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. If any prima facie case is made out against the petitioner, register the F.I.R. or close the petition enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of notice under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. and co-operate for enquiry.
