(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9552 of 2020 dated 1.7.2020 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

4.Considering the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
