This is an application to condone the delay of 116 days in filing the civil revision petition.

2.The application is opposed by the respondent by filing counter affidavit.

According to the respondent, the Managing Director was very much available and the affidavit is filed only for the purpose of condoning the delay.

3. In view of the reasons found mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the application and taking into account the counter affidavit filed by the respondent, the delay is condoned, subject to payment of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) as cost payable to the respondent. The cost amount shall be paid within a period of two weeks from today.

4. The application is allowed as indicated above.
