The petitioner is called absent, even today. However, Mr.Sekar, learned counsel for Tasmac would state that vide G.O.(Ms.)No.17 Home, Prohibition and Excise (VI) Department, dated 13.02.2022, Tasmac has, in fact, complied with order dated 23.12.2020.

2. Let this fact be placed before the Division Bench before whom W.A.No.1516 of 2021 challenging order dated 23.12.2020 is stated to be pending.
