ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to survey and demarcate the properties, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his application, dated 04.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 04.12.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents1 to 3. Since no adverse order is passed against the 4th respondent, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the 1st respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition,

after hearing the objections, if any, from the 4th respondent and the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the 1st respondent deem fit to put on notice. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the 1st respondent is directed to issue notice to the 4th respondent and the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, whom 1st respondent deem fit to put on notice. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the 1st respondent shall conduct the survey and demarcate the boundaries of the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (c) There shall be no order as to costs.
