ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to grant patta to the petitioner for the lands comprised in Old Survey No.21/3, New Survey cents.

2. The petitioner submitted an application on 08.02.2024 with a request for issuance of patta, which is pending without consideration.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 08.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application for 2/4

issuance of patta for the lands comprised in Old Survey No.21/3, New Survey cent, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
