(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner has approached the Court after making a representation on 15.06.2015, not even giving a month's time to the Government to respond in respect of the subject matter of appointment of the State Chief Information Commissioner. He seeks to claim that the vacancy arose in April. But, the fact remains that his representation was made only recently and thus, the petition is premature.
