Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Record Clerk in the 5th respondent school from the date of initial appointment on 01.06.2008 and in the post of Junior Assistant in the 6th respondent school with effect from 01.10.2013 and to make the payment of salary from the date of initial appointment in the post of Record Clerk with effect from 01.06.2008 and Junior Assistant with effect from 01.10.2013 with all consequential and other attendant benefits along with interest, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submits that the petitioner was appointed as Junior Assistant in the 6th respondent School. Accordingly, the cause does not survives.

2. Since the petitioner was appointed as Junior Assistant in the 6th respondent /School, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
