PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to call for the connected records pertaining to the dismissal order dated 29.12.2008 made in Crl.R.C.No.6 of 2008 on the file of District and Sessions Court, Tiruvarur which confirming the order dated 27.09.2006 made in M.C.No.2 of 2006 on the file of Judicial Magistrate I, Mannargudi and set aside the same.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed challenging the dismissal order made in Crl.R.C.No.6 of 2008, dated 29.12.2008.

2. This Court does not find any merits in this petition for two reasons. The first reason is that the order that was passed in the revision in the year 2008, came to be challenged before this Court in the year 2017 with an inordinate delay. The second reason is that the learned Magistrate had fixed a maintenance of Rs.750/- per month for the first respondent wife and Rs.500/- per month for the second respondent son. 3. In view of the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
