The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 247 days in filing the above Criminal Revision petition against the order passed in Crl.MP.No.522 of 2022 in C.C.No.59 of 2021 dated 05.04.2022 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sendurai.

Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.
