The petitioner is said to be a member of the Deprived Class. An assignment has been made in favour of one Kannan S/o.Thangavel. Alleging that the said land has been sold in favour of a non-Adi Dravidar community person, the petitioner made a representation on 04.08.2015. It is the case of the petitioner that after cancellation of the assignment, the petitioner's case will have to be considered. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 04.08.2015, this Court is inclined to direct the respondents to conduct enquiry and dispose of the same in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well to the person, who is alleged to have purchased the property belonging to non-Adi Dravidar community, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that appropriate action will have to be taken either by the respondent no.1 or through the respondent nos.2 and 3.
