The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect.

"Permitted to withdraw this petition since the FIR was transferred to EOW and permitted to file fresh petition."

2. In view of the above submission and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh petition with correct details. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
