ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Section 380 of IPC, in Crime No.9 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Totally there are two accused in this case and the petitioner is A1. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused committed theft of cash from a textile shop. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is involved in 6 previous cases.
