O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from interfering in the petitioner's property in Survey Nos.238/1, 238/9, 38/9B, 238/10 and 238/12A of Suria Nagaram Village, Tiruttani Taluk, Tiruvellore District, without due process of law.

2.When the matter was taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, after getting instructions from the Block Development Officer, Tiruttani, Tiruvellore District, has submitted that the apprehension of the petitioner is liable to be dismissed, since the respondents have not acquired the petitioner's lands and the learned Government Advocate has also placed on record the proceedings issued by the Tahsildar, Tiruttani, dated 09.02.2017, showing that no land acquisition proceedings were initiated in respect of petitioner's lands.

3.Recording the proceedings dated 9.2.2017, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
