This Criminal Revision Petition is filed to call for the records and set aside the order dated 02.03.2023, passed in Crl.M.P.No.342 of 2023, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court - I, Tambaram and direct the st & 2 nd respondents to register the complaint dated 05.09.2022 (Reference No.735 of 2022).

2.Today Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the copy of the FIR in Crime No.116 of 2024, dated 11.10.2024, wherein, on the complaint of the petitioner, a case for the offences under section 420 IPC has been registered against one Guna and Sundaram. He further submitted that the investigation is in progress. 2/4
