O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 05.08.2015 and to investigate the same by the 1st respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that, this petitioner had earlier lodged a complaint dated 28.07.2015, in which, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.568 of 2015 and the same was closed, on the undertaking given by the opposite party, that they will not cause any further aggression and on the further undertaking given by this petitioner that, the matter will be settled through the Civil Court.

4. Thereafter, it appears that an incident had taken place on 30.07.2015, in connection with which, this petitioner given a complaint only on 05.08.2015 to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Ambattur Division [1st respondent] has forwarded to the Sub Inspector of Police, T-10, Thirumullaivoyal Police Station [3rd respondent].

5. Under such circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the veracity of the complaint dated 05.08.2015 given by the petitioner and take action in accordance with law.
