The petitioner claims to be the owner of the land covered in S.No.103/2B measuring an extent of 51 cents settled in favour of the petitioner by his father under a registered Settlement Deed dated 10.02.2010.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner drawing the notice of this Court to another registered Sale Deed dated 07.08.1997, comparing the Schedule of property shown in both the documents viz., the Sale Deed dated 07.08.1997 and Settlement Deed dated 10.02.2010, explained that the petitioner has become the absolute owner of the property. When the Sale Deed has been registered in favour of his father, the Settlement Deed executed by his father clearly shows that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the property. The copy of the online patta dated 08.02.2017 also shows that the petitioner, Son of Rangasamy, is the owner of the property in S.No.103/2B measuring an extent of 51 cents.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner's representation will be considered by the 2nd respondent within the specified time.
4.In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, considering the limited prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and do the needful within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
