[Made by RMT. TEEKAA RAMAN, J.] The petitioner is the mother of the detenu viz., Arivazhagan @ Arivu s/o.Kandhan, aged about 36 years. The detenu has been detained by the second respondent by his order in Rc.No.C2/9813/2022 dated 06.04.2022, holding him to be a "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2(f) of Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. The said order is under challenge in this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the detenu in Rc.No.C2/9813/2022 dated 06.04.2022, on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.2870, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 18.05.2022 and produced a copy of the said order. In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
