A.No.2760 of 2022 A.No.2760 of 2022 in C.S.DR.No.92824 of 2021 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., This application has been filed seeking to grant leave to sue and permit the applicant to file the above suit against the defendants 1 and 2 before this Court.

2. According to the plaintiff, she incurred loss due to the illegal and mischievous action of the respondents/defendants and the entire cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this application has been filed, since the respondents are residing outside the jurisdiction.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant/plaintiff submitted that the plaintiff started a business of buying and selling of Bio-Analytical Systems Instruments and the same got Registered as a Company, incorporated under the Companies Act, bearing Identity No.U52300TN2011PTC79185, during the year 2010-11, in the name and style of 'SKS Bio Analytical Systems Private Ltd. and for this purpose, the plaintiff had also included her friends Mrs.P.Karthikeyini, the first respondent/defendant herein and one Mrs.S. A.No.2760 of 2022 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., gbi first respondent/defendant had started to develop an inimical attitude towards the plaintiff with a view to take over the said business, being actively assisted, provoked and instigated by the second respondent/defendant, who is her husband. The respondents/defendants had filed false and frivolous complaints in various police station and after conducting enquiry, all the complaints were closed. The respondents/defendants had abused and humiliated the plaintiff before the general public.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff, in the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
