The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that though it was granted approval by the All India Council for Technical Education and affiliation by Anna University for intake of 30 students and that it has surrendered cent percent of the seats given which included Management Quota to the respondent for Single Window Counseling, erroneously, in the website it has been indicated only as 15 seats instead of 30 seats and therefore, approached this Court by filing the writ petition.
