The Civil Revision Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. According to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner has filed a petition in HMOP.No.78 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruppur. In the aforesaid petition, counter

statement has been filed by the respondent on 18.08.2017 and posted for DW1 cross and the respondent is absent for enquiry for more than three hearings. Therefore, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition for speedy disposal of the aforesaid HMOP.

3. By considering the aforesaid facts, without going into merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruppur to dispose of the HMOP.No.78 of 2017 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, if there is no other legal impediment.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
