The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 381, 406, 408 & 420 of I.P.C, r/w. Section 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, in Crime No.10 of 2023, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the offences alleged against the petitioners are bailable in nature and there is no apprehension of arrest.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the offence alleged against the petitioners is bailable in nature and there is no apprehension of arrest, these criminal original petitions are closed as not maintainable. However, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the concerned Court seeking suitable relief.
