The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners intend to challenge the approval of layout obtained by their vendors in the year 1989 and 1990. However, since the petitioners have challenged only the approval of layout obtained in the year 1989 in this writ petition, to enable the petitioners challenge both the approval granted in favour of the petitioners' vendor, the learned counsel for the petitioners seek leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

2. In view of the representation and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
