CR.NO.763 OF 2005 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that he has to report before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II every Monday imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2013 in Crl.A.No.727 of 2013.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.FRANKLIN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S E.RAJA, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking to relax the condition regarding report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur District, once in a week, i.e., on Monday at 10.30 am until further orders as ordered by this court on 17.03.2014.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly till date and prayed for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition stipulated by this court by order dated 17.03.2014, without any default.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition stipulated in order dated 17.03.2014 is modified to the following effect:-

"The petitioner shall report before Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur District, once in 3 months on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. "
