This Contempt Petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent for contempt of court as they willfully disobeyed the order of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.3329 of 2013 dated 12.02.2020. 2.

Learned Government Advocate submitted that the orders passed by this Court had been complied with by the respondent by their proceedings dated 19.06.2020. The prayer made by the petitioner was rejected by virtue of this order and it is also brought to the notice of this Court that the order has been served on the petitioner. 3.
