ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) The petitioner, being a neighbour of the adjacent property, has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the unauthorised constructions and encroachments at Seeyalamman Koil Lane, Mount Road (Chintadripet), Chennai, made by the third respondent, and restore the same to it's original position. 2.Pursuant to the notice and also our order dated 27.2.2015, the second respondent - Chennai Corporation had filed a report dated 13.3.2015. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, relying on the said report, submits that the encroachment as stated by the petitioner, has been removed on 10.3.2015, and the wall as well as the hut in question have also been removed and now the passage is free of encroachment. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the foregoing, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
