PRAYER:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to settle the dues of the petitioner amounting to Rs.1,20,05,271.00 from and out of dues payable tot he 2nd and 3rd respondents for the Catering Services and food item supplied made in the implementation of the ongoing Metro Rail project on the basis of purchase order bills duly certified by the 1st and 3rd respondents.
