ORDER

Petition has been filed by the wife seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.101 of 2014 filed by the respondent-husband for dissolution of marriage from the file of the Subordinate Judge, Hosur to the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai for joint disposal with H.M.O.P.No.2411 of 2014.

2. Though the respondent has been served and his name appears in the cause list, none appears for the respondent. Therefore, this court proceeded with the matter on merits.

3. The petitioner, after marriage, gave birth to a child and she is living with her parents in Chennai and she also instituted H.M.O.P.No.2411 of 2014 for restitution of conjugal rights before the Principal Family Court, Chennai. It is impossible for a lady to go with one year old child from Chennai to Hosur to attend a case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above, H.M.O.P.No.101 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Court, Hosur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai for joint trial alongwith H.M.O.P.No.2411 of 2014 which is pending on his file. The Transfer C.M.P is ordered accordingly. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
