This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 15.09.2015 and investigate the matter against the said person.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint dated 15.9.2015 lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed on 8.2.2015.
