On earlier occasions on 11.7.2016 and 3.8.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the Petitioner. Even today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, there is no representation for the Petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed, for non prosecution. No costs.
