(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the person and body of the petitioner's wife J.Amala aged about 31 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the detenue has been secured and produced before Judicial Magistrate I, Tirupattur and thereafter handed over to the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
