Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the petitioners application dated 12.04.2021 by measuring an demarcating the petitioners land in extent of 0.01.0 Hectare in S.No. 691 / 10 Patta No. 2523 of Aanaikallanur village, Sathyanathpuram , Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the petitioners application dated 12.04.2021 by measuring an demarcating the petitioners land in extent of 0.01.0 Hectare in S.No. 691 / 10 Patta No. 2523 of Aanaikallanur village, Sathyanathpuram , Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner submitted representation to survey the lands and to fix the boundaries, which is pending. Therefore, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.04.2021 and pass orders on the petitioner's representation to survey the land comprising in extent of 0.01.0 Hectare in S.No. 691 / 10 Patta No. 2523 of Aanaikallanur village, Sathyanathpuram ,Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
