Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned.

2. The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing respondents 1 to 3 from interfering with the civil dispute, pending between the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5.

3. A counter affidavit had been filed on behalf of the 2nd respondent. Paragraph No.6 of the said counter affidavit reads as follows:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"6. Regarding the averments made in Para No.8 and 9 of the affidavit it is submitted that the official Respondents in this Petition are unnecessary parties and they have nothing to enquire nor to take steps in any manner in this case since the issue concerned with those brothers are entirely vested with the civil jurisdiction and hence they were advised to that effect and accordingly the police had closed the Petition filed by the Fourth Respondent with such conclusion."

4. In view of the statements made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the 2nd respondent, this Court is of the considered view that no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.
