2. Heard Mr.G.M.Gokulram, learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr.M.Alagu Goutham, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections for the respondents in condoning the delay, the delay of 59 days in filing the appeal stands condoned.
