O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. According to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner has filed a petition in HMOP.No.4442 of 2011 on the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai for divorce, which is pending. Hence, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering that the relief as prayed for in the Civil Revision Petition is limited scope, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to direct the V Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the HMOP.No.4442 of 2011 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, if there is no other legal impediment.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
