O R D E R

The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 302 of IPC in Crime No.361 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

It is seen that since there are specific allegations against the petitioners, this court by an earlier order dated 26.06.2020 in Crl.O.P. No.9398 of 2020 has dismissed the anticipatory bail petition and this is the second anticipatory bail petition. As there is no change of circumstances to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
