2. Heard Mr.S.Senthil Murugan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The main allegation of the petitioner is that the third respondent Police has not taken any valuable action on his complaint dated 21/10/2021.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the compliant of the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and closed.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
