CRIME NO.1376 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to pass an order relaxing the condition petitioner should appear before the respondent police once in week at 10.30 a.m. imposed by this Honble court in Crl.MP.No.538 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.17962 of 2020 dated 22.01.2021 until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.GAJAPATHI KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. T.SHUNMUGARAJESWARAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing her to report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.538 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 17962 of 2020, dated 22.01.2021 is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
