This petition is filed to condone the delay of 94 days in filing the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. Considering the nature of the matter, this court is inclined to condone the delay subject to payment of cost.

4. Accordingly, the delay of 94 days in filing the above CMA is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee on or before 12.09.2024, failing which, the order shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this court.

5. On payment of such cost, the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is, otherwise in order and post the same for admission on 12.09.2024.
