ORDER
1. Issue notice. Mr.Akhil Akbar Ali, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 1.1. With the consent of the learned counsels for the parties, the writ petition is taken up for hearing and final disposal.
2. Mr.Akhil Akbar Ali, says that in view of the order passed today, i.e., 21.02.2017, in W.P.No.3454 of 2017, titled : J.Arjunan V. The Regional Transport Authority / Licensing Authority, the order impugned in the present writ petition will be withdrawn and the direction contained in the aforementioned order of this Court will be followed. 2.1. The said statement is taken on record.

3. Accordingly, the captioned writ petition is disposed of. Resultantly, pending application shall stand closed. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
