APPLICATION No.946 of 2016 RAJIV SHAKDHER, J.

1. Mr.P.H.Vinodh Pandian, who appears for the applicant says that the respondent on his own surrendered the vehicle and, therefore, no intercession of the Advocate Commissioner is required.

2. Learned counsel further informs me that the Advocate Commissioner has been paid a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards initial remuneration.

3. In these circumstances, learned counsel says that he has instructions to seek closure of the application.

4. As prayed, the application is closed.
