ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.04/AC of 2022, pending on its file.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the 2nd respondent-police will be able to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three (3) months.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the 2nd respondent-police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.04/AC/2022 within a period of three (3) months from today.
4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
