(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant seeking to accept the cause title in the above writ appeal.

2. Heard M/s.T.Subhiksha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant.

3. We perused the affidavit of the petitioner filed in support of this petition, wherein, it has been stated that at the time of filing the writ petition No.6119 of 2015, the respondents 3 & 4, who were holding the post of the District Elementary Educational Officer, Thoothukudi and the Assistant Elementary Educational Officer, Alwarthirunagari, Thoothukudi District are redesignated as the District Educational Officer, Elementary Education and the Block Educational Officer, Alwarthirunagari, respectively and therefore, the present petition came to be filed.

4. On the basis of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
