4. By consent of the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of his representation dated 11.03.2019, wherein and whereby, he seeks for execution of the sale deed and for grant of patta in respect of the property, which is said to be in his possession.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 2, 3 & 5 submitted that similar request made by other persons are already rejected and therefore, the petitioner's request cannot be considered. However, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that no order has been passed on the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2019 so far.
4. Therefore, it is for the fifth respondent to pass orders on the said representation and in the event of the petitioner's request is rejected, it is for the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. Thus, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the fifth respondent to pass orders on the said representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
