This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code to direct the respondent police to register and investigate the petitioner's complaint dated 25.8.2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Considering the allegations made in the complaint, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out, further action shall be taken following the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalita Kumari v.
