The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to earlier hearing of appeal dated 23.11.2023 within a period fixed by the Hon'ble Court subsequently direct to restore the petitioner electricity connection.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. To that effect, he has made an endorsement in the case bundle.
