ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned Government Pleader states that in view of the communication dated 10.1.2017, further action would be taken by respondents 2 and 3 to remove the illegal encroachments on the pond lands and the proceedings will be concluded within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt of the order.

2. The aforesaid statement is taken on record and the said respondents shall remain bound by the same.
