ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying to issue a direction to the Respondents to register an FIR forthwith based on complaint dated 24.12.2024, in relation to the offences committed by Sudhahar Muthaiyan, Karishma Kapoor and Vignesh 2.

The prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered for the simple reason that the petitioner has sought for direction to register FIR on the complaint dated 24.12.2024, i.e. after period of nearly two years from the date of the complaint, this Court is not inclined to issue such a direction. Therefore, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint on a fresh cause of action, if so advised. 3.

With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
